Let's hear what you think- this is for you!

Hi Reader,

Every week, I have the privilege of thinking about you and dropping into your inbox to share something I hope will add meaning and connection to your life. I also get to show up live, sharing space with many of you in our movement practice together.

For me, every time you read an email, join a class, hit reply, or share/like something—it feels precious. This is how I show up in the world, and being received by you is the biggest gift. I know it might sound cheesy, but I truly mean it. I’m here to support and connect with you, and it’s my mission to do so authentically and meaningfully ❤️.

I won’t deny that these times feel troubling, and sometimes a voice asks, “Why does what I do even matter right now?” But I know the answer. When you connect with your deep self, you create a sanctuary from the storm around you. Learning how to replenish your energy, stay strong, agile, and clear, gives you more capacity to face life's challenges. Through this simple work we do together, we can find hope. And that means everything.

✨✨ Today, I have a favour to ask: would you take a moment to answer these 5 questions (or even just the first one) to help me understand what you need right now? It would mean so much to me.

(Scroll to the bottom for a little thank you gift!)

Until next time, take very good care!

Xo,
Meg

As a thank you, I’d love to share this 5 minute meditation on worthiness with you! Feel free to save it and return to it anytime you like.

See you soon!

P.S. If you’re ready to jump into working together, I’d love to help. Just hit reply and let’s talk about what the next steps could look like for you!

Do you freeze up and hold your breath?Does your chest tighten?Do you walk faster or try to keep moving?Or lie on the floor and hope the earth will suck you up and carry you away? Most of us have some kind of physical response to grief. But we’re rarely taught how to be with it. That’s why movement can be such a powerful companion to loss. It’s not about fixing or “moving on.” It’s about moving...

Hello Reader, Over the past few weeks, we’ve explored what it means to stay rooted, to begin again, and to meet ourselves with clarity and compassion. We've circled around the realness of life—its shifts, its pains, its beauty. I'm ready to offer us something deeper. Moving With Grief is a collaborative event for you to be with what’s heavy, tender, or undefined. A space where your body is welcome to process in its own language—through ritual, reflection, and movement. Grief isn’t always loud...
